Health Management appoints Seah Choo Pin as Chief Financial Officer

Seah has 25-year experience in corporate accounting and finance, strategic planning and general management.

The Board of Directors of the Health Management International Ltd., having reviewed and considered Mr Seah's qualifications and work experience, approved the appointment of Mr Seah as the Group's Chief Financial Officer effective 30 September 2011.

Seah will replace Chan Wang Hon in directing the finance, corporate development and investor relations activities of HMI in Singapore and the region. Seah will also be responsible for the review and preparation of the group accounts and finance in addition to the rest of his other responsibilities, according to a Health Management International report.

Mr Seah possesses more than 25 years of experience in corporate accounting and finance, strategic planning and general management. During the past ten years, he held senior finance and management positions in various multi-national companies.
