Sunray appoints Lu Yaosheng as General Manager of its Guangzhou unit

Lu has been tasked to head Guangzhou Sunray Medical Apparatus.

The Board of Directors (the "Board") of Sunray Holdings Limited (the "Company") wishes to announce that Mr Lu Yaosheng has been appointed as the General Manager of Guangzhou Sunray Medical Apparatus Co., Ltd, a principal subsidiary of the Company, with immediate effect.

Mr Lu Yaosheng is a substantial shareholder of the Company who holds 7.16% of the total issued share capital of the Company.
