Transcu appoints Lance Robert Frey as Chief Financial Officer

Frey previously worked as Managing Director of Two Shores Pte Ltd.

The Board of Transcu Group Ltd. has approved, upon the recommendation of the nominating committee, the appointment of Mr Lance Robert Frey as Chief Financial Officer based on his past working experience and qualifications.

Mr Frey will be responsible for the Group’s financial and administrative matters.

Before his appointment he worked as the Managing Director of Two Shores Pte Ltd. He was also the chief financial officer of Asia Pacific, Brightstar Pte Ltd. and a chief operating officer and VP Finance of LetsTalk.com.
