China Titanium appoints Lim Li Peng as Finance Manager

She will be assistant to the divestment and investments/ M&A fund raising and corporate matters of the Group.

The Board, having reviewed and considered the work experience of Ms Lim Li Peng, approved her appointment as Finance Manager of China Titanium Ltd.

Ms Lim, 32, is overall responsible for accounts, finance and treasury management of the Group. She shall assist in all matters relating to the divestment and investments / M & A fund raising and corporate matters of the Group. according to a China Titanium report.

She held the Senior Finance Manager post in LifeBrandz Ltd from October 2007 to December 2011. Before this she was accountant of VHQ Post (S) Pte Ltd from July 2005 to October 2007 and Accounts Executive of Olam International Ltd from August 2004 to July 2005.
