Friven & Co. appoints Xu Rongsen as Chief Executive Officer
The Board of Friven & Co. announced the appointment of Xu Rongsen as Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer. The appointment of Mr Xu was recommended by the Nominating Committee and approved by the Board, after taking into consideration his qualifications and working experience.
Mr Xu, 34, was responsible for the overall management of the Group's strategy, business, operation and financial matters, according to a Friven & Co. report.
In the past he was Deputy Director General of Quangang Local Taxation Bureau, Fujian Province of China from May 2009 to January 2012. Before this he was Director General of Lingxiu Substation of Shishi City Local Taxation Bureau, Fujian Province of China from January 2002 to May 2009.
