The Board of Goldtron announced the resignation of Chandran Nantha Kumar as Chief Executive Officer to focus and spend more time on the electroplating business of Valtron Technology Pte Ltd, an indirect subsidiary of Goldtron Limited.
Aside from Chief Executive Officer of Goldtron Limited, Chandran Nantha Kumar, 42, Chief Executive Officer of Valtron Technology Pte Ltd. Operations Management, Sales Marketing and Business Development, according to a Goldtron report.
Chandran Nantha Kumar was appointed to the post last Aug 24, 2011.
