Jiutian Chemical Group's Chief Operating Officer resigns
Zhang Aiping also a member of the group's Nominating Committee.
The Board of Jiutian Chemical Group announced the resignation of Zhang Aiping due to other personal commitments.
Zhang was Executive Director, Chief Operating Officer and a member of Nominating Committee of the company. He was responsible for the re-organisation and restructuring exercise of Anyang Jiutian.
