Sun East Group appoints Zhang Zhiqiang as Director

Aside from being a Director, he is also Chairman of Remuneration Commitee, Member of Audit Committee and Member of Nominating Committee.

The Board of Sun East Group announced the appointment of Zhang Zhiqiang as Director. In line with the Code of Corporate Governance 2005, Mr Zhang was nominated and assessed by the Nominating Committee. On the recommendation of the Nominating Committee, the Board approved of Mr Zhang's appointed as an Independent Director bsed on his qualifications and experience, according to a Sun East Group report.

Mr Zhang, 38, was Managing Director of Sino Lion Investments Pte Ltd from 2007 to 2011. Before this he was Assistant Vice President of ICH Capital Limited from 2003 to 2007 and Senior Project Manager of Hongyuan Securities Co. Ltd. from 2001 to 2003.
