Surface Mount Tech Holdings names Chan Tak Sin Norman as Executive Director

He has more than 20 years experience in overseeing the finance and accounting functions.

The Board of Surface Mount Tech Holdings announced the appointment of Chan Tak Sin Norman as Executive Director. To prepare for the leaving of Dr Lo Wai Kwok, the Managing Director, the Board opined that Mr Chan Tak Sin Norman, the current Deputy Chief Financial Officer, has the expertise and relevant experience to assume the role of Executive Director of the Company.

Mr. Chan, 47, will be tasked to oversee the business operations of the Company and its subsidiaries, according to a Surface Mount Tech Holdings report.

Mr Chan has more than 20 years of experience serving listed companies as well as overseeing the finance and accounting functions. He has been with the Company since May 2001.
