Unionmet (Singapore) names Chen Cong as Executive Director and Senior Vice President

He head the Group’s wholly-owned subsidiaries, Liuzhou Union Zinc Industry Co.m and Guangxi Intai Technology Co.

The Board of Unionmet abbounced the appointment of Chen Cong as Executive Director and Senior Vice President. Based on the Nominating Committee's recommendation, the Board has approved the appointment of Mr Chen based on his qualification and experience.

Overall in charge of the Group’s wholly-owned subsidiaries, Liuzhou Union Zinc Industry Co., Ltd (“Unionzinc”) and Guangxi Intai Technology Co., Ltd (“Intai”) in terms of:overseeing and coordinating all sales and marketing activities; and formulating and executing the business strategies, overseeing overall business operations and development, finance and risk management, according to a Ubionmet report.

His work experience includes being Director and General Manager of Unionzinc from Mar 2011 to present; Deputy General Manager of Liuzhou Nonferrous Metals Smelting Co., Ltd from 2010 to 2011; and General Manager and Executive of GuangXi SiLiu M&C Co., Ltd from 2010 to 2011.
