Global Yellow Pages names Lim Jit Siew as Chief Financial Officer
He will manage the Group's finance functions and oversee the Group's accounting, finance, tax, compliance matters.
The Board of Global Yellow Pages announced the appointment of Lim Jit Siew as Chief Financial Officer. The appointment of Mr Lim to the post was approved by the Board after taking into consideration of his professional qualifications and working experience.
Mr Lim, 58, will be responsible for managing the Group's finance functions and overseeing the Group's accounting, finance, tax, compliance matters and investor relations.
Mr Lim was an Independent Consultant who assists companies in fund raising from April 2012 to June 2012. Before this, he was Chief Financial Officer, Chiropractic First Holdings Pte Ltd from February 2012 to March 2012. and Chief Financial Officer, Teledata (Singapore) Ltd from September 2007 to May 2011.
