Lee Metal Group's Director retires
Philip Loong Tien Choon was also Chairman of the Audit Committee, Member of Remuneration Committee and Member of Nominating Committee.
The Board of Lee Metal Group announced the retirement of Philip Loong Tien Choon as Director. Mr Loong, 67, has retired after 12 years as Independent Director with the Company.
Mr Loong was also Chairman of the Audit Committee, Member of Remuneration Committee and Member of Nominating Committee, according to a Lee Metal Group report.
Mr Loong was appointed to the post 3 April 2000.
