Sin Heng Heavy Machinery names Hiroshi Takahashi as Executive Director

Mr Hiroshi will oversee the Company's corporate planning, finance and accounting divisions.

The Board of Sin Heng Heavy Machinery announced the appointment of Hiroshi Takahashi as Executive Director. The Board has reviewed the Nominating Committee's recommendation and the qualifications, experiences and suitability of Mr. Hiroshi and have approved his appointment as an Executive Director of the Company.

Mr. Hiroshi, 55, will be in charge of corporate planning, finance and accounting, according to a Sin Heng Heavy Machinery report.

He had been a Project General Manager, Machinery, Energy & Project Planning Dept of the company.
