EnterpriseSG, IMDA launch refreshed F&B digital plan
It aims to widen the adoption of technology amongst F&B businesses.
Enterprise Singapore (EnterpriseSG) and the Infocomm Media Development Authority (IMDA) have launched the refreshed Food Services Industry Digital Plan (IDP).
It aims to widen the adoption of technology amongst F&B businesses to achieve operational efficiency, improve customer experience, and streamline corporate functions.
The second refresh introduces five new solutions, including automated cooking equipment, document reconciliation, end-to-end operation line, check-out systems, and unmanned stores.
To further support businesses on their digitalisation, the IDP also includes an updated Digital Skills Training Roadmap and Cybersecurity and Data Protection Roadmap.
It will serve as a guide with the necessary skills to adopt digital solutions at each stage of growth and measures to identify appropriate tools and practices for protection against cyberattacks.
