Singapore equity funding surges 100% to hit $3.0b in H2 2025

Total deal count rose slightly to 154 transactions compared to 148 in the previous year.

Singapore firms' equity funding during the second half of 2025 (H2 2025) doubled (100.7%) to $3.0b, whilst volume also increased to 154 deals from 148 deals in the same period the previous year, according to a DealStreetAsia - DATA VANTAGE report.

This was the highest equity funding since H2 2023's $3.4b, which also saw 192 deals.

The peak for deal volume for the past five years occurred in H1 2022 with 289 deals, whilst the peak for deal value was $5.90b in H2 2021.
