Tech acquisitions collapse to 1 deal in June

No listings closed all month despite the sector's $3.78b cash inflow.

Singapore's tech sector completed one acquisition in June 2026, but no initial public offerings (IPOs) and unicorns, according to Tracxn

The acquisition count fell from six in June 2025, whilst May 2026 recorded one IPO and one acquisition. No IPOs took place in June 2025 or June 2026.

Late-stage funding accounted for 87.7% of Singapore's tech funding in June 2026, with early-stage funding at 8.9% and seed-stage funding at 3.3%.

DayOne topped June's largest funding rounds with a $2.5b raise, followed by Supabase ($500m), Airwallex ($320m), SiliconFlow ($294m), and Striding AI ($100m).

Coatue, Monk's Hill Venture, and SEEDS Capital are the overall top investors, sealing two deals each over the month.

A NOTE FROM SINGAPORE BUSINESS REVIEW

The people you want to reach are already in this room.

Every quarter, SBR lands on the desks of the founders, CFOs, and directors running Asia's most consequential companies. Every day, they open our newsletter and read our website. It's a room that took twenty years to build — and it's the one most of our partners are trying to get into.

The good news is that the door is open. We work with companies on thought leadership articles, sponsored content, industry summits across Southeast Asia, regional awards programmes, podcasts, and media placements in print and digital. The shape of the right partnership depends on what you're trying to do, which is why we'd rather start with a conversation than send a rate card.

If you have something this room should know about, tell us. We'll tell you honestly whether we can help, and how.

No rate cards until we understand the brief. It's a better use of everyone's time.
