Cohen & Steers buys 722,400 Digital Core REIT shares for US$437m

The acquisition increased Cohen & Steers’ stake in the REIT to 8.01%.

US-based wealth management firm Cohen & Steers Capital Management, Inc. has acquired 722,400 shares in Digital Core REIT for US$437m or US$0.6046 apiece.

The acquisition was made on 4 November via market transaction.

The transaction brought Cohen & Steers’ stake in the REIT to 104.2 million shares, or 8.01%, up from 103.5 million shares, or 7.97%, previously.
