ESR entities challenge voting ban on Sabana REIT trust deed amendments

The trustee of Sabana REIT is considering the appeal.

ESR entities have appealed against a court order barring them from voting on amendments to the Trust Deed for Sabana REIT's management internalisation. 

HSBC Institutional Trust Services, the trustee of Sabana REIT, said it is considering the appeal with its advisors.

The trustee said it will provide further updates and engage with unitholders material developments.

The amendments to the Trust Deed include certain dealing conditions with related corporations of the manager.
