Noel Gifts CEO buys additional 252,800 shares

His total interest in the group is now at 46.72%. 

Noel Gifts International Ltd. managing director and CEO Wong Siu Hong Alfred has acquired an additional 252,800 shares for $89,741.47 in the group on 4 September, according to a bourse filing. 

This brings Wong's total interest to 46.67%, versus 46.42% previously. 

On 5 September, Wong made another transaction of 50,000 shares for $18,000. 

Both purchases made his total percentage interest in the group up to 46.72%.

He also has an indirect interest of 18 million shares held by his wife, Lim Julian; his daughter, Wong Lai Kuan Kim; and his son, Wong Ho Hon Keith.

Lim has 8 million shares, while his children now have 5 million shares each.
