Seatrium spends $1.98m in share buyback program

The repurchased shares were priced at about $2.36 average.

Seatrium Limited purchased 840,000 of its own shares for a total consideration of $1.98m on 3 March 2026, according to an SGX filing.

The company paid an average price of about $2.36 per share under its share buy-back mandate. Following the transaction, the total number of treasury shares held stands at 26,165,088.

The cumulative number of shares purchased under the current mandate amounts to 840,000, representing 0.024865% of the company’s issued shares excluding treasury shares.

Seatrium’s total number of issued shares, excluding treasury shares, now stands at 3.385 billion the filing stated.

The mandate permits the purchase of up to 67.56 million shares, whilst no shares were cancelled in this transaction.
