HDB resale volume drops 14.9% MoM in September

Year-on-year, however, resale volume rose by 11.6%.

HDB resale volume fell 14.9% MoM in September, with 2,217 units transacted. 

On a year-on-year (YoY) comparison, however, the September resale volume was 11.6% higher. 

Most of the resale transactions in September were from 4 Room (43.1%), followed by 3 Room (25.8%), 5 Room (24.5%), and Executive (6.6%). 

By estate, non-mature estates took the lion’s share of transactions (60.5%). The remaining 39.5% were from mature estates. 

The top transaction in September was the resale of a 5-room flat at Kim Tian Road for $1.58m. 

In the non-mature estates, the highest transacted price was $1.1m for an Executive flat at Woodlands St. 82.
