Sunmoon Food Company names Chen Mei as Chief Financial Officer
Ms Chen is experienced in financial management with previous employment in multinational companies.
The Board of Sunmoon Food Company announced the appointment of Chen Mei as Chief Financial Officer.
Ms Chen, 38, joined the Group on 1 Sept 2007 as Regional Financial Controller and has been Financial Controller for Produce Division since June 2008. And she was then promoted to Group Financial Controller since 1 Sept 2009. Ms Chen, an internal candidate who is familiar with the business operations, and Finance & Accounting functions of the Group, is suitable to lead the Finance and Accounting team, according to a Sunmoon Food Company report.
She will be responsible for Group Finance and Accounting functions. She is a CPA and holds a MBA (Accountancy) from NTU, Singapore.
