Shangri-La Singapore appointed Stephan Kapek as its new Vice President of Operations and General Manager.

Kapek will oversee all aspects of the hotel’s operations, including Shangri-La Apartments and Residences.

With over 30 years of experience in the luxury hospitality industry, Kapek has spent nearly two decades in leadership roles at the Shangri-La group.

Before this appointment, he served as Vice President of Operations at Shangri-La’s China World Trade Centre hotels.

Aside from China, Kapek has also worked in the Philippines, the United Arab Emirates, and Europe, gaining diverse international experience.
