LIST: 20 small-cap stocks in Singapore to watch in 2025

Five of the 20 belong to the consumer sector.

Opportunities may lie among 20 lesser-known players in Singapore’s construction, consumer, and industrials sectors.

In its Top 20 Small Cap Jewels 2025, RHB identified high-potential small-cap companies in Singapore with strong fundamentals and long-term growth prospects that may appeal to institutional investors seeking stable, high-growth opportunities.

RHB identified BRC Asia, Hong Leong Asia, Pan-United, and ISOTeam as small-cap jewels in the construction sector.

RHB said these BRC Asia and Pan-United will benefit from Singapore’s construction boom, where demand is forecast to exceed 2019 levels by 11.7%.

Hong Leong Asia will benefit from the construction growth in Singapore and Malaysia. RHB said growth in these markets will drive the company’s margins and earnings.

Meanwhile, ISOTeam will gain from the government’s ongoing estate development project pipeline.

Within the consumer sector,  RHB named Aspial Lifestyle, Bumitama Agri, MoneyMax Financial, ValueMax, and Zixin small-cap jewels.

RHB said elevated gold prices will lift Aspial Lifestyle, ValueMax, and MoneyMax.

Bumitama Agri is well-positioned to benefit from firm crude palm oil market conditions. Zixin’s expansion in Hainan, with new farmland cultivation capacity expected by FY2027, is poised to drive future earnings.

CSE Global, GKE Corp, OilTek International, and Riverstone Holdings have emerged as standout players in the industrial sector.

RHB said OilTek International will gain from a projected 3.9% compound annual growth rate in global fats and oils demand, supported by strong consumer trends.

Meanwhile, the recovery of the energy and infrastructure segments will bode well for CSE Global, and GKE Corp can ride on construction growth in China.

RHB said Riverstone Holdings stands out as a compelling pick, with margins above the industry average and a track record of consistent dividends despite no formal policy.

RHB rounded out its small-cap picks with Centurion Corp, LHN, and PropNex for real estate, Frencken Group and Grand Venture Technology in tech, Livingstone Health in healthcare, and Marco Polo Marine for oil and gas.
