Chart of the Day: Resale prices for shoebox units down

Yet prices were higher in the overall market.

Singapore Real Estate Exchange noted:

Despite higher prices in the overall market, resale prices for shoebox units (<50sqm) fell slightly by 0.7% from $1,750 psf in Q3 to $1,737 psf in Q4.

Transaction volume rose by 20.1%, albeit a relatively small market at 75 resale transactions in Q4.
