Nominees will be deliberated by a judging committee based on the nomination form and supporting documents submitted.

Top-level executives, innovative individuals, and dynamic teams who launched successful and notable new projects or innovations

Employee engagement initiatives, health & wellness initiatives, and diversity and inclusion initiatives that elevated employee motivation and drive positive outcomes.

ELIGIBILITY

For the Executive, Innovator, and Team of the Year categories - The executive, innovator or team must be able to showcase their remarkable contributions to the success and growth of their companies in the last 12-24 calendar months.

For the Employee Engagement Initiatives, Health & Wellness Initiatives, and Diversity and Inclusion Initiatives categories - The company should have launched a new project, innovation, strategy or initiative that made a positive impact to its workforce and other stakeholders, not more than 24 calendar months ago.
Note:
Companies in the following industries are not eligible to join the Awards Programme: cryptocurrency, tobacco, multilevel marketing, and products with claim of health benefits

Team of the Year
- Achievements - What are the team's remarkable contributions to the company's growth?
